Prospective residents must be from or currently living, working, or studying in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Residents must conduct a minimum of three community-based engagements open to the public, participate in monthly open studios, hold office hours for students and staff, and present an artist talk at their closing exhibition in the Winter Center for Visual Arts galleries.

Residents receive a $20,000 stipend (including supplies and travel), 24/7 access to a private studio space, access to darkroom, printmaking, digital, sculpture, painting, and drawing studios, access to college libraries and the Phillips Museum of Art archives, and emotional/trauma-informed support via on-campus health services. Work sample requirements: minimum 10 images, maximum 15 images; 0-5 audio files; 0-5 video files; total 10-20 samples. Residency dates: August 1, 2020 - February 1, 2021.
