About This Call
The Snohomish Studio Tour is a 2-day event taking place September 28-29, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. This is the event's second year. All forms of 2D and 3D fine art will be considered, including sculpture, mixed media, painting and drawing, printmaking, and photography. Must be original art by the artist applying. Prints and cards are welcome.
The application fee is $20. If accepted, a $150 participation fee is due by July 5. This fee covers advertising, printed materials, and event logistics. No commission will be taken from work sold at the event. Entries open May 9 and close June 10. Notifications will be emailed by June 30. Applicants must submit a minimum of 3 pieces of artwork and may submit up to 5 photos. 3D artists may additionally submit a video of their work. Artists with Snohomish studio spaces may submit a short video of their studio space. Artists without studios will be matched with host studios after acceptance letters are issued.
Eligibility: Artists must reside in or have studio space within Snohomish or adjacent cities (Clearview, Duvall, Everett, Granite Falls, Index, Lake Stevens, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Snohomish). Host studios must be within the Snohomish School District boundaries. In the inaugural year, the event featured a free shuttle service to address parking concerns.
