About This Call
smallART 2025 is an exhibition open only to artists in Arts Illiana's six-county region and the Illinois counties of Clark and Edgar. Artists may submit 1-10 total work samples, which can include 1-10 images, 0-5 audio files, and 0-5 video files.
Artwork entries are accepted through October 3, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MDT. Juror voting takes place October 4-6, 2025, with artists notified on October 6th or 7th. Accepted artwork delivery is scheduled for October 7-11 and October 14-18, 2025. The opening reception is October 24, 2025 from 6:30-8:30 PM, with viewing available October 24, 2025 through January 16, 2026.
Artists must sign a Loan Agreement upon delivery of their work to the gallery. Artists who ship their work must print, sign, and email the Loan Agreement or send it with their shipment. Works not sold and not retrieved by the artist or artist's proxy by January 16, 2026 should be collected Tuesday-Saturday 10am-4pm or by appointment via email at [email protected]. Work not collected within 30 days of the exhibition closing will become the property of Arts Illiana.
