Small Works

This juried exhibition invites artists who create art on a small scale in a broad range of media and styles. Pieces must be no larger than 12 inches in any direction, including the frame. The exhibition is open to all artists over the age of 18 who reside in the United States. All work must be original and completed in the last two years, and must be accurately represented in jpeg images.

An entry fee of $25 per artist will be invoiced once the entry is received, regardless of acceptance into the exhibit. Submissions must be made through CAFÉ with image files not exceeding 5MB. For 3D works, detail images can be emailed to [email protected]. Professional presentation is required. 2D work must be framed and have a secure way to hang if needed; for canvases, sides and staples must be covered. Both 2D and 3D work are accepted.

Notifications will be sent on or before May 20, 2023. Artwork delivery is June 12-15, 2023 during gallery hours. The exhibition runs July 3-20, 2023, with an opening reception on July 5, 2023 from 4:00pm-6:00pm. Artwork pickup is July 24-27, 2023 during gallery hours. Delivery and pickup are the artist's responsibility; artists may drop off/pick up in person or ship work in a sturdy, reusable box with prepaid return shipping. Any work not picked up 30 days after the show ends becomes the property of the gallery. The IU Kokomo Art Gallery is located at 2300 S. Washington St., Kokomo, IN 46902, Library Building, Room 102.
