About This Call
Sloss Metal Arts is currently seeking 2026 Visiting Artists! Sloss Furnaces Foundation hosts several 8-week Visiting Artists throughout the year, typically in the Summer and Fall. This program is designed for professional artists interested in further developing their studio practice and honing technical skills. Visiting Artists are expected to have a final exhibition at the conclusion of their residency. One piece from the exhibition is to be donated to Sloss's permanent collection. These works are exhibited on rotation throughout Sloss's historic campus.
