"Skate or Die" – Group Art Show

Memento Mori Gallery & Tattoo is featuring local art inspired by skateboarding culture in June 2023. The gallery invites submissions of both traditional and darker interpretations of this subject matter. The gallery is located in the 40West Arts District and participates in the art walk circuit with good foot traffic on First Fridays.

Local 2D and 3D artwork inspired by skateboarding culture is eligible for submission. Artwork must be ready to hang or display, with hanging hardware already attached. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces at $20 entry fee per piece. All artwork must be for sale, with 40% of sales going to the gallery. This is a local artists only show with drop-off submission required. Notification of acceptance may occur less than a week before the drop-off date of 5/30/23, and artists must be able to provide ready-to-hang artwork within this timeframe.
