About This Call
The Silverthorne Fine Art Festival will be held at the Silverthorne outlet shopping mall in the Blue Village section, 167 Wildernest Rd, Silverthorne, Colorado. The show is limited to 50 fine artists and craftsmen across 13 categories including ceramics, drawing/printmaking, digital art, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, metal, painting, photography, sculpture, wood, and other.
Booth spaces are 10x10 to 10x20 on outdoor pavement and require proper weighting (minimum 40lbs per leg). Single booth (10x10) is $475, 10x15 booth is $650 (limited), double booth (10x20) is $850 (limited, first come first served), and corner spaces are an additional $75 (limited, first come first served). Non-refundable entry fee is $35. Registration and fees are due by May 1, 2026, payable by credit card or check made out to Mountain Art Festivals. Full refunds are available until May 15, 2026, and partial refunds (1/2 booth fee) until May 30, 2026.
Artists must be present to exhibit only their own original work. All art must be original in concept, design, and execution. The festival does not accept manufactured items, ceramics cast from commercial molds, promotional postcards, decoupage kits, imported, resale or mass-produced items, silk-screened t-shirts, or pre-packaged foods, lotions, or soaps. At least 50% of wall space must be occupied by original work. Booths must be professional in appearance and representative of the picture included with the application. No large banners, signs, raffles, loud music, or gimmicks are allowed. Artists must provide their own booths and display materials, properly weighted, with canopies not extending more than 3 feet in front of booths. No generators are permitted. Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax. The event is 2 days with staggered setup times on Friday. Free coffee, bagels, lunch, parking for artists and patrons, and overnight parking for trailers and RVs are provided.
