About This Call
The 6th Annual Silverthorne Fine Art Festival returns to Silverthorne, Colorado in Summit County, located right on Interstate 70 and easily accessible from highway 9. The show is positioned at the base of the stunning Gore Range surrounded by some of the most affluent neighborhoods in the county. This year's event will be limited to 50 fine artists and craftsmen across 13 categories and will run for 2 days.
The festival accepts original work in categories including ceramics, drawing/printmaking, digital art, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, metal, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood. Artists must be present to exhibit only their own original work, with at least 50% of wall space occupied by original pieces. All spaces are outdoors on pavement requiring proper tent weights (minimum 40lbs per leg). The non-refundable entry fee is $35, with single booths (10x10) at $475, 10x15 booths at $650, and double booths (10x20) at $850.
Artists receive free coffee and bagels each morning, free lunch, water throughout the day, and free day parking. Setup is scheduled for Friday with staggered times, and most spaces allow drive-up access or short dolly distance. The jury process involves 5 jurors scoring applications on a 1-5 scale, with an average of 75 applications submitted annually and 50 artists selected. Payment deadline is May 1, 2025, with the last day for full refund being May 15, 2025.
