Sights & Insights 2026

Sights & Insights 2026 is a juried art exhibition presented by the Dunwoody Fine Art Association (DFAA) and Abernathy Arts Center, open to Georgia artists aged 18 and over. The exhibition will be held January 31 – March 13, 2026 at Abernathy Arts Center, 254 Johnson Ferry Road, NW, Sandy Springs, GA 30342. The juror is Veronica L. Hogan, museum director, curator, and art historian.

Artists may submit up to 3 original works of art created within the past 3 years. Accepted media include painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography, mixed media, fiber arts, and collage in 2-D or 3-D formats. Entry fees are $30 for DFAA members and $40 for non-members. Submissions must be made online at dfaa2026.artcall.org by December 10, 2025, including jpg images meeting specified technical criteria. Artists will be notified of acceptance on or about January 6, 2026. Accepted work must be delivered January 24 or 26, 2026.

Cash awards will be presented at the Reception and Awards event on January 31, 2026: First Place $600, Second Place $300, Third Place $150, and three Honorable Mentions of $75 each. Work sold at the exhibition is subject to a 40% commission. Insurance is provided by Abernathy Arts Center during the exhibition. Artists must provide a single-page bio by January 13, 2026 for the exhibition catalog. Work not delivered or withdrawn by the artist will disqualify that artist from future DFAA juried exhibitions and result in a 40% charge on the listed price.
