Shops at Norterra Art Festival 2025

Join us at the Shops at Norterra, 2460 West Happy Valley Road, Phoenix AZ January 23-25 for the annual Artist Festival. The show takes place in affluent areas that have art savvy populations and are not over saturated with similar events. The event is heavily marketed by a successful firm that has extensive experience, with advertisement including television, print, public radio, flyers and Social Media.

The Shops at Norterra will host up to 70 artists down the main street. This Shopping Center is home to Victoria Secret, Love Sac, Crumbl Cookie and a dozen different dining options with both indoor and outdoor seating, which make it a popular destination. All applications are processed through a blind jury process and must include four images of work and one booth display image. The application fee is $35, with booth fees of $350 for 10'x10' and $700 for 10'x20'.

All products must be handmade by no more than three people in the artist's studio, and the primary artist must be present during the entire show. Buy-sell/resale items are discouraged. Artists must provide white fire retardant canopies and professional displays, with a minimum of 40# per leg required on booths. No stakes are allowed. Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax License is required, with Phoenix sales tax at 9.1%. Full space rent refund is available if artist cancels one month prior to the event date.
