About This Call
Sherlock Biosciences, an engineering biology company using CRISPR and Synthetic Biology tools to develop diagnostics, is accepting applications from local visual artists to produce art for their office walls in Cambridge, MA. Sherlock Biosciences will commission four artists to respond to one of five concepts related to the company's impact on global health, core values, INSPECTR Technology, SHERLOCK Technology, and Cultural Diversity.
This is a two-step qualifications-based process. Interested artists should submit examples of previous completed work and an artist statement. Submissions will be reviewed by Sherlock Biosciences, and selected finalists will be provided a full RFP and invited to submit a full proposal. The budget for this project is $2,500 per artist.
Work sample requirements: Submit a minimum of 3 and maximum of 10 images. Eligibility is limited to local artists in Massachusetts.
