About This Call
This art festival is recognized as one of the top 100 by Sunshine Artist Magazine and takes place on Walnut Street in a vibrant downtown shopping area. This seven-block region attracts affluent shoppers from across Pittsburgh and its suburbs. A dedicated Crafters Market will be part of the event, with craft applications submitted via ZAPP by selecting "craft section" as the category.
The show features 10x10 booth spaces (limited 10x20 double booths available) with a $540 booth fee. Show hours are Saturday & Sunday 10am-5pm with Saturday set-up. Parking is available daytime and overnight near the show site, and public admission is free. Howard Alan Events has a reputation for bringing out high-end buying crowds to each of its events.
Accepted mediums include clay, digital, fiber, glass, jewelry, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking/drawing, sculpture, wood, resin, and craft section. Applications require 3 images of work, 1 image of 10x10 outdoor display with white canopy tent, biography or website, and a $35 non-refundable jury fee. This competitive show is juried by highly qualified artists who meet weekly, with processing taking 2-4 weeks once applications are received.
