Shadowscapes

Photo Artfolio invites photographers worldwide to submit their work for Shadowscapes, an online exhibit celebrating the dynamic interplay of light and shadow. This exhibit explores the power of illumination to transform, the allure of darkness to conceal, and the striking moments where the two converge. Through the lens of light and shadow, photographers can reveal dramatic compositions, evoke moody atmospheres, or craft stunning abstractions. Submissions are open to all forms of photography, including portraiture, documentary, landscape, abstract, and conceptual work. AI-generated imagery is not eligible for consideration.

The top three images will receive awards: 1st place $500, 2nd place $300, and 3rd place $100. All accepted pieces will be displayed in the online gallery at www.photo-artfolio.com. Photographers will receive notification of acceptance by Tuesday, April 8th, 2025 when the online exhibit opens.

Submissions must be received by Monday, March 17th, 2025 at midnight MST. Entry fee is $25 for the first entry and $5 for each additional image, with a maximum of 20 images total. All images must be in JPEG format, 1,200 pixels or greater on the longest side, with a maximum file size of 5 MB. This call is open to photographers worldwide, both amateur and professional. All sales inquiries will be directed to the photographer's website and photographers receive 100% of the sale of their work.
