About This Call

The Sequim Lavender Festival is the largest lavender festival in North America, attracting over 40,000 visitors. Held in Sequim, Washington on the Olympic Peninsula, this three-day event features over 150 vendors selling high-quality handmade crafts and agricultural products. The festival includes free self-guided lavender farm tours, a street fair with food and musical entertainment, and is held in Carrie Blake Park.

This is a juried show where all submissions are judged on overall quality and uniqueness. Artists from all categories are welcome to apply, including Agricultural, Candle, Fiber, Fine Art, Glass, Jewelry, Leather, Metal, Paper, Photography, Pottery/Ceramics, Sculpture, Soap, Toys, Wearable Art, Wood, and Other. All products must be handmade by the artist submitting the application and cannot be manufactured items, imports, or consignments. The artist must be present at the street fair, and vendors are monitored to ensure products sold match those presented in the application.

Booth options include Standard (10'x10' inline, $395), Standard Corner (10'x10' with 1 open corner, $495), Double (10'x20' inline, $790), and Double Corner (10'x20' with 1 open corner, $890). All booths must be open Friday and Saturday 9am-7pm and Sunday 9am-5pm. Booths must be covered and able to withstand wind and rain. There is no electricity available. A jury fee of $25 is non-refundable. Only members of the Sequim Lavender Growers Association may sell lavender products. Smoking and tobacco use are not permitted at the festival. Booths must be fire-proof with appropriate tags per International Fire Code requirements.
