Sebastian Riverfront Fine Art and Music Festival 2026

The Sebastian Riverfront Fine Art and Music Festival celebrates its 24th year along the beautiful Sebastian Riverfront on January 17-18, 2026. This hometown event draws crowds from neighboring towns including Vero Beach and Melbourne during the area's busy winter season. The festival runs from 10am-5pm on Saturday and 10am-4pm on Sunday, and is free and open to the public with live music, food booths, and beer and wine available.

The festival is a non-profit 501c3 organization run by volunteers, with profits from booth fees and sponsorships supporting art projects in the community and local school arts departments. Artists compete for awards including Best in Show ($400), 1st place ($300), 2nd place ($200), and 3rd place ($100). The jury consists of art professionals including festival artists, instructors, gallery owners, and museum curators who review applications separately without seeing artist names.

Booth spaces are 10x10 feet with 4 feet between booths, set up in the street with no electricity available. Artists must provide white tents and proper weighting. The festival accepts original artwork in categories including 2D painting, drawing/pastels/printmaking, photography/digital arts, glass, jewelry, mixed media, pottery/ceramics, sculpture, wood, and leather/fiber. Crafts such as soaps, candles, and edibles are not accepted. Application fee is $25, booth fee is $200, and artists are responsible for collecting 7% sales tax.
