About This Call

Currently enrolled undergraduate students in the School of Art and Design are invited to submit up to four pieces to the Spring 2021 Juried Undergraduate Exhibition. Entry, jurying, and the exhibition will all happen online. The Juror's talk and announcement of awards will happen online in February at a day and time to be announced.

The School of Art and Design is honored to have alumna September Krueger as this year's juror. Ms. Krueger is an artist and educator from Wilmington, NC, and is the director of Lifelong Learning at the Cameron Art Museum where she handles K-12 and adult education programming. Originally from Harrisburg, PA, her early interest in fashion led her to studies in Textile Design followed by work in a wearable art studio. After graduate school at ECU, Ms. Krueger taught in the community college system for nine years. She also worked as an A+ Fellow with the NC Arts Council, providing professional development in arts integration for elementary educators and artist residencies for schools in southeastern North Carolina. Ms. Krueger enjoys community engagement through fiber workshops for kids and adults, and regularly participates with Big Print! Steamroller relief printing events in Wilmington.
