About This Call
The Savage Area Arts Festival will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 10am-5pm in Community Park in Savage, Minnesota. This one-day event features dozens of fine artists and craftspeople selling their work including ceramics, jewelry, paintings, fiber, wood, photography, and much more. Medium categories include painting, drawing, jewelry, metalwork, glass, photography, wax/candles, pottery, sculpture, fiber, yard and garden, stone, and more.
All booth spaces are 10'x10' with a booth fee of $110. Artists must provide their own tent and setup that can withstand wind and rain. The application deadline is September 8, 2025, with a $25 jury/application fee. Artists must be onsite during the entire festival and may only sell items represented in their application. All work must be for sale, artists retain 100% of their sales, and are responsible for sales tax collection and reporting.
Setup hours are 7am-9:30am Saturday, with vehicles moved by 9:40am. Tear down occurs at 5pm with cleanup completed by 6:30pm. The festival is held rain or shine with no early exits allowed. A 50% refund on booth fees is available until August 1, 2025, with no refunds after August 2. Certificate of Insurance and copy of ST19 are required by October 1.
