Sarasota Winter Seafood & Music Festival January 2026

Join us for the 10th annual Sarasota Winter Seafood & Music Festival, January 2-4, 2026, held at the Sarasota Fairgrounds in Sarasota, FL. This vibrant event blends live music, freshly prepared seafood, and a boutique-style arts and crafts market. Hours are Friday 4 pm-10 pm (optional for all vendors), Saturday 11 am-10 pm (6 pm-10 pm optional for all vendors), and Sunday 11 am-6 pm.

Application fee is $15.00 with booth fees of $325.00 for single booths and $650.00 for double booths. Corner spaces are available for an additional $50, and electricity is $100 (or you may bring your own whisper generator at no cost). All booth fee payments are made directly to Paragon, not through the application platform. Payment is due December 2, 2025, with a $50 late fee applied after this date.

Artists must be present for the entire duration of the festival and may only show work in categories selected by the jury. Five images and a booth shot are required for application. The event features overnight security Friday and Saturday evenings, easy load-in and load-out, and accepts emerging artists. No multi-level marketing products are permitted. Approximately 40 artists are selected from 150 applications each year.
