Sarasota Fine Art Show by Hot Works at Sarasota Art Museum

The Sarasota Fine Art Show by Hot Works takes place May 30 & 31, 2026 at Sarasota Art Museum, located at 1001 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, FL. The show is held 100% outdoors in the parking lot with high visibility from US-41/Tamiami Trail and ample parking available. Booth sizes and fees are: 10' x 10' for $510, 10' x 15' for $775, and 10' x 20' for $1,020. Corner booths add $75, and an ad in the event program adds $75. Electric is not available. Light Dome tents ($260) and ProPanels ($160) are available for rent, including setup and teardown.

All disciplines of media are accepted. Artists must apply with four images, including one booth shot showing how the display will appear at the show. The application fee is $35. Emerging artists are welcome and the show has an emerging artist program. Applications are accepted electronically at www.zapplication.org or manually at www.hotworks.org. Upon acceptance, booth fees are due 60 days before the show. Friday move-in runs 8am-7pm (move-in encouraged after 3pm). Event hours are Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 10am-4pm. Friday and Saturday overnight security is provided.

Hot Works conducts extensive media promotion including television, radio, print, digital marketing, banners, and postcards to reach patrons with money to spend on fine art. A jury of art professionals selects work based on originality, technique/execution, and overall booth presentation. All work must be original and personally handmade by the artist present at the show. The show prohibits food in booth areas and music that interferes with artist sales. Booth sitters are available.
