Sarasota Fall Seafood & Music Festival

The first annual Sarasota Fall Seafood & Music Festival will be held at the Sarasota Fairgrounds, November 29-December 1, 2024. Hours are Friday 4 pm-10 pm (optional for vendors), Saturday 11 am-10 pm (6 pm-10 pm optional), and Sunday 11 am-6 pm. The event features live music performances, onsite food, and a boutique art and craft section.

Application deadline is September 22, 2024, with a $15 application fee. Booth fee payment is due October 22, 2024, paid directly to Paragon (not through the application platform). Single booth fee is $325, double booth is $650, corner fee is $50, and electricity is $100. Specific space requests will be assigned based on payment date. Display space is on grass and tents must be anchored by free-standing weights only.

Artisans, crafters, and vendors must be present for the entire festival duration and show only work in categories selected by the jury. All work must match the quality and body of work shown in jury images. Multi-Level Marketing products are not permitted. Overnight security is provided Friday and Saturday evenings. Paragon may use submitted images and event photos for promotion and publicity purposes. Cancellations made 8-30 days before the event receive 50% refund by check or 100% credit toward another Paragon event (two-year limit). Cancellations within 7 days receive no refund or credit. Application fees are non-refundable. Sales tax rate for Sarasota is 7%.
