Sarasota Fall Fine Art Festival November 2025

Join us for the 12th annual Sarasota Fall Fine Art Festival, November 15–16, 2025, at JD Hamel Park, located in downtown Sarasota, FL. Since 2013, this juried outdoor event has welcomed steady crowds and generated strong sales across all mediums. Sarasota is home to a sophisticated, art-buying community and a vibrant cultural scene, making it an ideal location for fine art shows. The event remains boutique, limited to under 120 artists, to ensure high quality and a diverse range of original work.

Application deadline is September 15, 2025, with invitations emailed September 18, 2025. Application fee is $30.00, with booth fees of $495.00 for single booths and $990.00 for double booths. Corner fees are an additional $100.00. All booth fee payments must be made directly to Paragon by October 15, 2025. Artists must display work in white 10x10 tents in 10x12 foot booth spaces on pavement and grass surfaces. Drilling or staking is prohibited; tents must be secured using free-standing weights only.

Accepted media categories include ceramics, digital art, drawing, fiber, glass, graphic & printmaking, jewelry, metalwork, mixed media, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood. All work must be original with no mass-produced items, commercial molds, or traditional crafts permitted. The jury process involves 3 jurors scoring applications on a 1-10 scale, with an average of 200 applications submitted and 80 artists selected annually. Sales tax in Sarasota is 7.00%, which artists are responsible for collecting and remitting.
