About This Call
The Santo Foundation is accepting applications for individual artist grants. The distinguished juror for this 2011 call is Peter Doroshenko, Executive Director of the Dallas Museum of Contemporary Art, an internationally respected curator, director and writer.
Artists should submit 10 JPEG images of their work and a current resume. All mediums of visual art are eligible. For video or performance work, 10 stills of the work are acceptable. The application fee is $35.00. Mr. Doroshenko will award $3,500.00 each to 2 artists selected from the entries.
Undergraduate and graduate school candidates are eligible, as well as mid-career artists. This is an international call and all artists are welcome to apply regardless of country or state. The application deadline is August 15, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
