Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival 2026

The Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival is one of the longest-running and most widely-anticipated events in Guernsey County. The 56th annual family-friendly festival will take place August 14-16, 2026 in Cambridge City Park. This juried festival showcases high-quality art in a variety of mediums, including sculpture, wood, painting (acrylic, watercolor, oil), jewelry, metal, mixed media, pottery, photography, Appalachian folk arts and crafts, and recycled and repurposed creations. Between 90 and 100 artists participate from all over the U.S. Artists are encouraged to demonstrate their artistic process and interact with festival visitors. Cash prizes and ribbons are awarded to participating artists, including People's Choice awards.

Applications are accepted from artists and emerging artists. Applicants must submit 4 images (including 1 booth image) and pay a $25 jury fee (waived for returning 2025 participants unless changing mediums). The application deadline is June 30, 2026. Booth spaces are available in 10' x 10', 10' x 20', or 20' x 20' sizes. Early registration booth fees (if paid by March 31, 2026) are $155 for 10' x 10', $255 for 10' x 20', and $355 for 20' x 20'. All booths must be set up by 11 a.m. Friday, August 14. Artists must occupy their booths all 3 days and cannot tear down before 4 p.m. Sunday, August 16.

Artist amenities include a hospitality area with free water and snacks throughout the festival, free continental breakfast Sunday morning, booth sitters, golf cart assistance, free parking pass, and limited free water hook-ups.
