About This Call
The Salt Fork Arts & Crafts Festival (also known as The Salt Fork Festival) is a celebration of the arts and one of the longest-running and most widely-anticipated events in Guernsey County. The 55th annual family-friendly Festival will take place in beautiful Cambridge City Park from August 8-10, 2025. This juried festival showcases high-quality art in a variety of mediums, including sculpture, wood, painting (acrylic, watercolor & oil), jewelry, metal, mixed media, pottery, photography, and much more. Appalachian folk arts and crafts, recycled and repurposed creations, demonstrations and classes for children and adults are also offered.
Between 90 and 100 artists come from all over the U.S. for this 3-day event. Artists are encouraged to demonstrate their artistic process and to interact with Festival visitors. Cash prizes and ribbons are awarded for artists, including People's Choice awards. The application deadline is July 18, 2025, with a $20 jury fee for new applicants or those changing their medium. Artists who participated in 2024 can use code Coupon2025 to waive the jury fee. Booth spaces are 10' x 10', 10' x 20', or 20' x 20', with early registration fees ranging from $155-$355 and standard registration fees from $175-$375.
Artist amenities include a beautiful City Park setting, hospitality area with free water and snacks throughout the Festival, free continental breakfast Sunday morning, booth sitters, golf cart assistance, performing arts, free parking pass, and limited RV parking with water hook-up. Festival hours are Friday 12:00pm-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm. Artists must complete setup by 11:00am Friday and cannot tear down before 4:00pm Sunday. For inquiries about possible openings, contact Festival Director Brenda Taylor at 740-584-0652.
