Ruidoso Art Festival 2025

The Ruidoso Art Festival is in its 54th year and draws 5,000 people over the 3-day period held the fourth weekend in July each year. The 2025 festival will be held July 25-27 at the Ruidoso Convention Center, 111 Sierra Blanca Drive, Ruidoso, New Mexico. Festival hours are Friday 12 noon to 6 pm, Saturday 10 am to 5 pm, and Sunday 11 am to 5 pm. This juried show is limited to approximately 80 exhibitors chosen by a jury of highly qualified fine artists and craftspeople.

Artists must submit a complete application including 3 artwork images and 1 booth shot. Each artist must submit a non-refundable $40 application fee per medium, with a maximum of two mediums per artist. Return artists from 2024 receive a 10% discount on the jury fee. Booth options include single (10x10), double (10x20), or 7x20 spaces. Prints and Giclees are permitted, but a minimum of 50% of displayed artwork must be original work.

Eligible media categories include Acrylics/Watercolor Painting, Oil Painting, Pastels/Pen/Pencil & Ink, Photography, Sculpture, Metalwork, Woodwork, Pottery/Porcelain, Glass, Jewelry, Fiber Arts, and Mixed Media. Artists will be notified of acceptance no later than May 16, 2025, with booth payment due by June 30, 2025. The festival provides complimentary refreshments in an artist hospitality area, volunteer booth sitters, and hosts an artists reception and awards ceremony.
