About This Call
Rental Sales Gallery, Portland Art Museum invites Member Artists to submit to the RSG Member Artists Spring Show 2026, opening to the public on Friday, April 24th, 2026.
Eligibility is limited to Rental Sales Gallery Member Artists. Artists may submit up to 3 original works. Digital images need not include the frame unless it enhances the overall presentation, but all works must be ready to hang for the show. Submissions are made through OnlineJuriedShows from Monday, February 23rd through Sunday, March 8th at midnight. Notification of accepted works will occur on Wednesday, March 18th. Ready to display artworks must be delivered to the Gallery by Thursday, April 16th; pieces delivered after this date may not be included in the initial hang for the opening event on Friday, April 24th, 4-7pm. The show runs until the end of May 2026.
Most mediums are accepted, excepting jewelry, fragile glass, and unframed tapestry. The Gallery cannot accommodate large framed glass pieces (larger than 32" on one side), works larger than 7' on one side, or works 6' x 6' or larger on both sides. Up to 3 works can be submitted with 1-2 works accepted. A $10 submission fee is required. Image files must be jpg, under 4 MB, in sRGB colorspace, 1920 pixels on the longest side (minimum 800) at 72 dpi. Rental Sales Gallery takes 50% of the work's value for a sale and 50% of the rental fee, as per the 2025 artist agreement. For questions, contact Mark Tindle at [email protected] or 503-276-4381.
