Roswell In Print: Photography & Poetry

Roswell Arts Fund, in partnership with the City of Roswell, invites artists and teams to submit portfolios for consideration for a photography and poetry exhibition. The Roswell in Print exhibit is designed to highlight the diverse characteristics of the City of Roswell, using storytellers to capture it through beautiful, compelling imagery and words displayed in non-traditional spaces. Works representing the unexpected, discovery, and growth and progress are invited for submission.

Artists may submit up to 10 images and/or poems for consideration. All work must be appropriate for all ages and include title, description, and price if applicable. There is no entry fee. Artists will receive $150 for each image/poem exhibited, with a maximum of 5 images selected per participant. Submissions will be classified by age, with works from youth (17 and under) exhibited alongside adult works (18 and over). All emerging and professional artists are eligible to apply, including applicants under 18 with parental or legal guardian consent.

Application requirements include: full name, address, email, phone number, and professional websites; an artist statement (500 words maximum) describing your work and approach to photography and/or poetry; and an image list with title, material types, and description for each submission. A demographic survey must be completed to be considered. If selected, artists are responsible for supplying high-resolution digital images or font files if relevant to the poetry.
