Rosewood Arts Center's 19th Annual HWD Juried Sculpture Exhibition

Rosewood Arts Center invites artists to submit work for the 19th Annual HWD Juried Sculpture Exhibition. Artists may submit up to three different works of art in one application with a $25 entry fee. All types of three-dimensional media are accepted including wood, fiber, stone, metal, glass, and mixed media. Artwork must have been created within the last four years. Eligible artists must be residents of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia.

Submissions are reviewed from digital files. Entrants may provide one image per artwork; additional detail images will be recorded as separate artworks. Up to three images, three audio files, and three video files may be submitted per application. Jury results will be released by Monday, September 1st via email. Accepted work drop-off is scheduled for Saturday, September 13th (1-3 pm) or Monday, September 15th (12-8 pm). Shipped artwork must arrive between September 8-12. The exhibition runs Monday, September 29th through Saturday, November 8th at the Kettering Health Art Gallery at Rosewood Arts Center.

A closing reception will be held Saturday, November 8th from 1-3 pm, with awards announced at 2:30 pm. Awards totaling $1,100 will be distributed at the juror's discretion. The Gallery encourages sales and retains a 30% commission. Artwork pickup is available Saturday, November 8th (3-4 pm) or Monday, November 10th (10 am-8 pm). All work is insured during installation and display. Artists shipping work are responsible for return shipping charges and must provide pre-paid labels through UPS or FedEx. Participating artists must agree to the Gallery Group Exhibition Agreement.
