About This Call
The Rocky River Fall Arts Festival takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the Old Detroit Shopping Area in Rocky River, Ohio. This annual event supports community cultural enrichment and enhancements in Rocky River parks.
Applications are accepted from both artist and non-artist vendors. Artist applicants must submit 4 images (three of artwork and one booth layout). The application fee is $25 (non-refundable before May 31, 2026). Applications submitted June 1 through July 30, 2026 incur an additional $25 late fee. Booth fees are $125.00 (refundable until July 31, 2026; refunds after this date are considered on a case-by-case basis). Artist notifications are sent June 1, 2026, with an acceptance deadline of July 31, 2026.
Booth spaces are 10' x 10' on paved ground. Exhibitors must provide their own tent/canopy; staking is not permitted. Electricity is not available. All work must be original, handcrafted, priced, and signed by the artist. Paintings, drawings, and graphics must be framed, matted, or displayed in a portfolio. Artists must be present for the entire festival and may not break down booths until after 5:00 PM. No commission fees are charged. Artists are responsible for their own liability insurance. Medium categories include ceramics, drawing, illustration, printmaking, enamel, fiber, glass, jewelry, leather, painting, photography, sculpture, metalwork, wood, and mixed media. Free parking is available behind the Old River Shopping area, with curbside unloading/loading service and booth sitters available for breaks.
