About This Call
The Rockbrook Village Art Fair is a two-day outdoor juried art fair held September 12 & 13, 2026, in Omaha, Nebraska. The fair takes place in Rockbrook Village, an urban shopping center home to over fifty locally owned boutiques, restaurants, and neighborhood businesses. The event hosts 120 artists from around the country and attracts over 40,000 visitors from across the midwest. Show hours are 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. The fair features local acoustic performers and interactive art activities from local creative non-profits.
Accepted mediums include ceramics, digital media, drawing, fiber art, glass, jewelry, mixed-media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and wood. Work not accepted includes photographic reproductions of paintings, commercially cast mold or mass-produced works, copies of other artists' works, work/crafts from kits, and commercial designs. Artwork must be original and a creation of the artist's own hands. Artists may exhibit only in the category/medium in which they were accepted.
Booth sizes and fees: Single booth $375.00, Double booth $750.00, Triple booth $1,125.00. Each booth is 10' X 10' with a 2 ft. buffer. Artists must provide their own canopied white tent and displays, reinforced to withstand weather and crowds. Booths must have at least 40 lb. weights on all four corners. Generators are not permitted; battery powered lighting and fans are acceptable. Free off-site parking is available, with dedicated lots for trailers and large vehicles one block north on 108th Street. Load-in is highly accessible with most locations drive-up ready. Booths must be set up and vehicles removed by 9:00 a.m. both days. Tear down may not begin until after 6:00 p.m. Saturday and 5:00 p.m. Sunday.
Upon acceptance, artists must provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Rockbrook Village Inc. as an additional insured with minimum coverage of $1,000,000. Artist amenities include 24-hour security, experienced booth sitters and volunteers, artist awards totaling $3,000, complimentary breakfast each morning and water/snacks throughout the day, an indoor Artist Lounge with private restrooms, and social media promotion. The artist or representative must be present during all show hours. Artists are responsible for collecting and paying Nebraska sales tax (currently 7%). Refunds before July 15, 2026 are subject to a $25 processing fee; no refunds after that date. For setup requests that vary from given instructions, contact [email protected].
