RMA FEST FALL 2025 - Rocky Mountain Arts Festival, Missoula

RMA FEST FALL is a two-day outdoor arts festival located at the historical Fort Missoula, featuring painters, fine arts, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers, kids area, and more. The festival will also offer artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, festival foods, and beverages. Set among stunning mountains and winding rivers, Missoula offers a breathtaking setting that sparks creativity and connection as autumn transforms the city into a canvas of gold, orange, and crimson.

The festival takes place October 25-26, 2025, with Friday load-in only from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on October 24. Application deadline is August 20, 2025, with a rolling jury process. The jury application fee is $35 (non-refundable), standard booth fee is $275, with double booths available for $550 and corner upgrades for $75. Assigned booth spaces are approximately 10' deep and 11' wide or greater. Artists must supply and set up their own displays using white top tents of EZ UP quality or better, weighted with 40 pounds per leg.

Awards will be given based on technical ability, originality of the art, and quality of booth display, including Best of Show for Fine Arts and Crafts, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place, Honorable Mention, and Best Booth. All displayed items must be original and handmade by the exhibitor, with original works making up at least 50% of the display. Artists must be present for the entire festival, and the event will occur rain, smoke or shine with no refunds for weather. Water and snacks will be provided for artists, along with 24-hour onsite security.
