RMA FEST 2025 - Rocky Mountain Arts Festival, Missoula

RMA FEST MISSOULA is a two-day outdoor Arts Festival taking place June 7-8, 2025, at the University of Montana's Oval (32 Campus Dr, Missoula, MT 59812). The festival runs 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday, featuring painters, fine arts, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers, and more. The event also offers artist demonstrations, live acoustic music, festival foods, and beverages in the prestigious University District with breathtaking mountain views.

Application deadline is May 5, 2025, with a $35 non-refundable jury fee. Standard booth fee is $275, with double booths available for $550 and corner upgrades for $75 (limited availability). Booth spaces are approximately 12' deep and 11' wide. Load-in is Friday only from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, and artists must check in by Friday 8:00 PM to avoid no-show status. The festival provides space only; exhibitors must supply white top tents of EZ UP quality or better, weighted with 40 pounds per leg.

Awards will be given Saturday for Best of Show (Fine Arts and Crafts), 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place, Honorable Mention, and Best Booth. All displayed items must be original, handmade by the exhibitor, with original works comprising at least 50% of the display. Artists must be present for the entire festival duration. Water and snacks are provided, along with 24-hour onsite security. The festival occurs rain, smoke, or shine with no refunds for weather.
