About This Call
Review Me's 13th Edition – 2024 is an international juried review and publication opportunity for visual artists worldwide. In collaboration with Biafarin Artist Management and Observica Magazine, the program offers selected artists personalized art reviews, in-depth interviews, and publication opportunities.
Eligibility is open to all visual artists globally working in any medium, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, digital arts, printmaking, illustration, and mixed media. Artists may submit between 3 to 10 original artworks created within the last 5 years (no strict limit on creation year). Artworks must be entirely the work of the entrant and not copies or derivatives of copyrighted work. All styles and subject interpretations are welcome, with no size restrictions. Submission is free; selected artists pay a one-time fee of USD 180 to confirm participation (USD 90 with Early Bird discount if confirmed by December 28th).
Selected artists receive personalized critiques, detailed interviews, publication in Observica Magazine (4-8 glossy pages), features on the Review Me website, a free artist profile page on the Biafarin platform, global promotion across media channels and social media, and a digital certificate. Jury-selected artists who confirm by December 28th receive an additional Instagram reel. A money-back guarantee is available for selection fees until delivery of the art review or interview. The jury process uses a two-phase system: initial Yes/No selection followed by scoring from 1-10 by jury members, with highest-scoring applications selected for awards delivery.
