Revere @ Manika

This is a juried exhibition co-sponsored by Revere Academy and Manika Jewelry. The ten-day exhibition will be held at Manika Jewelry, 11 Maiden Lane, San Francisco, CA 94108, during Revere Academy's 2012 Masters Symposium. Exhibition dates are April 13-29, 2012, with an opening reception on April 13, 2012.

Up to ten past Revere students will show a collection of 10-20 pieces in individually labeled displays. Gallery owner Peter Walsh and Academy Director Alan Revere will select original jewelry that is professional, well designed, and well crafted. Artists are responsible for shipping work insured both ways to and from the gallery. Work will be accepted on memo and insured on the premises. Artists receive 47.25% of suggested retail price, which includes a 5% donation of all sales to Made by Survivors, split equally between artist and Manika Jewelry.

Eligibility: Must be a current or past student of Revere Academy. Applicants must answer two application questions and submit 10 digital images representing a body of work available to exhibit. Images must be JPG (saved as Baseline Standard, sRGB color space), measure 1920 pixels on the longest side, and not exceed 1.8 MB in size. Entry fee is $25.00. Notification will be sent via email by March 2, 2012. Accepted work must arrive at Manika by April 2, 2012.
