About This Call
The Clifton Heights Community Urban Redevelopment Corporation (CHCURC) is accepting qualifications from artists or artist teams for the design of a mural to be painted at 2313 Vine Street in the Clifton Heights neighborhood. The wall to be painted is the South facing façade of the 2313 property that faces the uphill traffic of Vine Street. The property is well spaced between its counterparts on either side, leaving the south facing wall open and visible to pedestrians and traffic alike. CHCURC employs an in-house artist and apprentices that will be installing the artwork by the Fall of 2026. This RFQ is for an artist that will be interviewed in the first week of February to produce a design by the end of May.
