About This Call
A National Juried Exhibition at the Attleboro Arts Museum in Attleboro, MA. Exhibition runs June 14th–July 11th, 2025, with an opening awards reception on Saturday, June 14th from 2pm–4pm.
Open to all mediums, sizes and interpretations from US-based artists. The theme "Reign, Rain, Rein" invites multiple interpretations: artists could portray a reign of terror or period of power, heavy downpours or climate issues, or equestrian references. Six prizes of $100 each will be awarded. Entry fees are $18 for Museum members or $25 for non-members, covering up to two submissions. The submission deadline is Friday, April 18th at 11:59 PM, Mountain Time.
Artists may submit up to two different entries in any medium (2D, 3D, installation, audio/video). All submissions cannot weigh over 100 lbs each. Work must not have been previously exhibited at the Attleboro Arts Museum. Each submission requires 1-2 work samples (images, audio, or video). Artists must provide a brief statement about the concept behind each submission. All accepted work must be delivered between May 17th and May 31st, 10 AM–3 PM EST. Notification of the juror's decision will be sent by Thursday, May 16th at 7 PM MT. All accepted 2D work must be framed, gallery-wrapped or finished on the edges and ready to hang with a sturdy wire hanging system. Art sales are subject to the Museum's commission of 30% for members and 40% for non-members. The AAM will insure all work from arrival through pick-up dates, with a maximum coverage of $2000 and a $500 deductible. In-person pick-up of exhibited work takes place July 12th and 15th, 10 AM–3 PM EST.
