Reflection - Women in Art

Nuu Muse Contemporary Art is hosting the Women In Art - Reflection exhibition, curated by gallerist CJ Cowden. This group show celebrates national women's month and supports In My Shoes, an organization that empowers women to learn and develop life, job, and parenting skills. The exhibition is open to women artists working in 2D, 3D, and photography. No reproductions of original works or digital prints will be accepted.

Submit up to 3 images for $35, with each additional image costing $5 (maximum 10 images). All images must be high resolution at 300 dpi. Work size requirements: 12" x 16" minimum to 36" x 48" maximum. Canvas under 1.5" must be framed. Photography must be framed with acrylic instead of glass. Unframed canvas 1.5" or larger must have painted edges. All works must be ready to hang and available for sale. Acceptance notifications will be sent February 21, 2021. The opening reception is March 13th, 6pm-8pm, with the exhibition running through March 27th.

All works must be picked up from the gallery by March 30th. Artists requesting shipping must provide prepaid shipping labels or arrange for pickup; a $5 per day storage fee applies for work left past the pickup date. Sales are split 50% to the artist and 50% to the gallery, with the gallery sharing 50% of their proceeds with In My Shoes.
