About This Call
VALA Eastside and Redmond Town Center invite artists, craftspeople, and designers in all categories to participate in the 14th Annual Redmond Arts Festival at Redmond Town Center in Redmond, Washington. This three-day outdoor festival takes place July 11-13, 2025, and features approximately 60 artist booths, a community art project, and live entertainment. The festival is produced in conjunction with Redmond's annual Derby Days celebration and has an expected combined attendance of over 20,000 people.
All work must be original to the artist or a reproduction of the artist's original work, with reproductions making up no more than 40% of work for sale (except for printmakers and photographers). Accepted categories include 2D & 3D art, photography, sculpture, wearable art, functional arts, fiber and paper art, glass, ceramics/pottery, jewelry, candles, body therapy products, furniture, and other home décor. Artists are required to have a 10'x10' canopy tent with weights and must be open and staffed all festival hours.
Application fee is $35 (non-refundable) with an early bird discount of $10 off when applying by March 21 using code "earlybird25". Booth fee is $260 for a 10'x10' space, refundable until June 9th. Optional rentals include tent ($75), table and chair ($10), and electricity ($40). Artists will be selected by a jury of arts professionals, with notifications sent by May 5th. During July, participating artists can showcase 1-3 pieces at VALA Art Center. All artists need a Washington State Business License Number (UBI number).
