About This Call
The Redlands Festival of Arts will be held in beautiful Smiley Park on Memorial Day Weekend, Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, 2026. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. This juried outdoor art show features booth fees only with no commission, convenient location near downtown restaurants and attractions, wine and beer garden, food trucks and live music. The festival benefits local youth arts education programs and offers artist cash prizes totaling $6,000 for two and three dimensional art.
The booth fee is $275 per 12' x 12' space, with limited double booths available for $550 upon approval. Artists retain all revenue from sales with no commission collected by the festival. Applications require a $30 jury fee per media category and five images including four individual works and one mandatory booth photo showing the artist's complete body of work. All art must be original and made by the artist in attendance. Limited edition prints signed by the artist are permitted, and giclees are allowed if accurately identified and signed.
Artist amenities include complimentary breakfast on both days, complimentary dinner Saturday, Friday appetizers, and water bottles throughout the event. Awards include Best in Show ($2,000), First Place in Two-Dimensional and Three-Dimensional categories ($1,000 each), Second Place ($500 each), Third Place ($300 each), and Honorable Mention ($100 each). Artists must exhibit during all show hours both days and staff their booths at all times. Setup is Friday, May 22 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with move-out completed by Sunday evening.
