About This Call
The Raspberry Days Festival is an annual event honoring the world-famous Bear Lake Raspberries, hosting thousands of festival goers to showcase unique vendors. The festival includes live music, pie eating contests, Bingo, a bake-off, a cornhole tournament, a talent show, a fishing tournament, a pickleball tournament, and a variety of food vendors. The festival has a reputation among vendors as their most successful festival in the region.
The Raspberry Days Craft Fair is a 3-day event running Thursday and Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Applications open November 16, 2025, with vendor selection beginning immediately. Complete applications including all required documentation must be submitted by June 1, 2026, or vendors risk losing their spot. Vendors who withdraw after June 1 forfeit their payment. Applications are accepted until capacity is reached, with a wait list maintained on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Merchandise must be homemade crafts or unique commercial crafts, with all items listed on the application with accompanying photos. The committee reserves the right to disallow items that don't meet festival standards. Booth fees vary by location: non-local vendors pay $600 for one 10x10 booth, while local vendors pay $200. Food vendors pay $1000. Corner booths incur an additional $100 fee. Booth insurance is required with certificates due by May 1. The application fee is $1000, and 6 images plus a booth shot are required. Vendors are notified of selection status within a month of application submission.
