Radius 250 2026 - Artspace Gallery's 11th Biennial Regional Juried Exhibition

Artspace Gallery presents Radius 250 2026, their 11th Biennial Regional Juried Exhibition, open to all themes and media from artists living and/or working within 250 miles of Richmond, VA. The exhibition is open to artists 18 years and above, with artwork creation date of 2023 or later. Submissions are accepted in all genres, 2D and 3D, with all work required to fit through the gallery door (33 inches width by 82 3/4 inches height with a diagonal of 88 inches).

The juror is Kristen Chiacchia, Executive Director & Chief Curator of Second Street Gallery in Charlottesville, Virginia. Her curatorial practice focuses on gender bias in the contemporary art market and providing platforms for women and LGBTQIA2S+ artists. Artists may submit 1 to 3 digital images in jpeg, jpg, or png format, with a 5MB limit per image. For video entries, artists must provide display equipment if selected and include a web address where the video can be viewed.

Prizes include 1st Place ($300 plus a solo exhibition at Artspace), 2nd Place ($200), 3rd Place ($100), and up to three honorable mentions at the juror's discretion. The exhibition runs January 23 - March 21, 2026, with an opening reception on January 23 featuring an invitational preview (5:00-6:00pm), public reception (6:00-8:00pm), and juror presentation at 6:30pm. Entry fee is $35.
