Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum Winter Call to Artists: "Here and Now"

Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park & Museum announces its first annual winter exhibition gallery series with the theme "Here and Now," which asks artists to take stock of their life and present findings through exhibition. All submitted art must have been made from January 2021 forward. The exhibition is open to all fine art media, including painting, drawing, graphic arts, collage, sculpture, photography, textiles, ceramics, video, and mixed media. Entries must not exceed 72 inches in any direction and/or 150 pounds. No entry that requires the artist to be present for moving or assembly will be accepted. Work that is hung on the wall must be hung using D-rings, a wire, or cleats with hardware installed prior to delivery.

The non-refundable $35 entry fee allows artists to apply with up to 3 entries. Artists may submit 1-5 images (JPG or PNG format) and 0-4 videos. Selected works will be received hand-delivered or shipped prepaid via USPS, FedEx, or UPS from October 14, 2022 to November 18, 2022 during office hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.). Shipped work must include a clearly marked return label. The exhibition runs from December 11, 2022 to February 12, 2023. A Closing Reception and Awards Ceremony will be held on February 12, 2023 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M., where Juror's Choice and People's Choice Award winners will be announced with cash prizes. All accepted artists are invited to the reception.

Pyramid Hill takes a 20% commission for all sales. Artists who hand-deliver work must schedule pickup with the curatorial team at least 24 hours in advance by phone or email; all hand-delivered work must be picked up by March 3, 2023. Shipped work will be returned in the way it was received. All works on the premises will be insured.
