PVAC 2019 Summer Art Show

Juried all-media exhibition hosted by the Palos Verdes Art Center and open for submission only to members of PVAC's eight active artists' groups: Artists Open Group, Pacific Arts Group, Paletteers, Palos Verdes Painters, Peninsula Artists, Photographic and Digital Artists, The Artist's Studio, and Third Dimension. The exhibition runs July 19 - August 25, 2019.

Jurors: Neil Gaiman will jury two-dimensional art, and Lowell Nickel will jury three-dimensional art. Artists may submit up to 3 pieces for a $35 entry fee. Two-dimensional work must not exceed 50x60 inches including framing and 30 pounds. Three-dimensional work must not exceed 72x36x36 inches and 150 pounds. All work must be original to the artist. Juror selections will be announced by June 21. Selected works must be hand-delivered to the gallery on Friday, July 12 between 9:00 and 11:00 am. Pick up of artwork is Monday, August 26 from 9:00-11:00 am. PVAC takes a 25% commission on all sales. Insurance coverage applies only during the exhibition duration; PVAC carries no earthquake insurance.
