About This Call

Pulp - Paper - Book is an exhibition at Sebastopol Center for the Arts running March 14th - May 3rd, 2026. The exhibition provides a platform for combining works of book makers, pulp wranglers, papermakers and printmakers. All forms of printmaking and pulp manipulation are encouraged, celebrating paper as one of the oldest forms of artistic medium.

Open to artists worldwide, submissions are limited to a maximum of 3 pieces per artist. All book and paper mediums are welcome, with the only size limitation being that work must fit through a 7' by 7' gallery door and on 10-foot high walls. Wall mounted work needs to include fixtures and sleeves, with the exception of rods and wood bars which can be provided for mailed pieces. All work must not have been previously shown in the SebArts Gallery and must have been completed in the last 3 years.

Entry fee is $35 per entry with a $5 CaFE charge for additional entries. Awards include 1st place $500, 2nd place $300, 3rd place $100, and two $50 coordinator awards. Artists receive 60% of sales price for sold work. Shipped work must arrive by February 27th, 2026, while hand-delivered art can be dropped off Sunday March 8th 2-4PM or Tuesday March 10th 10-2PM. Opening reception is Saturday March 14th, 2-4 PM.
