About This Call
Waterloo Greenway Conservancy is looking for artists and makers to create public art for Sir Swante Palm Park. If you make things with skill and care, this call is for you. You do not need a gallery or a degree. You need at least three finished works and a real connection to Texas. Experience in public art is a plus.
