About This Call
The City is transforming the previous Cedar Park Public Library into RE|CREATE, a facility offering multigenerational programming in art, theater, fitness, education, and more. In preparation for the opening of RE|CREATE, the City seeks to commission an interactive mural on the pavement outside the building.
