About This Call
The City of Saint Paul in partnership with the Public Art Saint Paul (PASP), seeks professional proposals from qualified artists or artist teams to design and install a site-specific, permanent public artwork along Pleasant Avenue. This artwork will complement the 2025 street reconstruction between St. Clair Avenue and Victoria Street, integrating with a shared-use bike and pedestrian path while capturing the spirit, stories, and ecology of this unique neighborhood corridor.
