About This Call
Core Art Space invites all printmakers to participate in this exhibition focusing on handmade works using the techniques of relief, intaglio, lithography, silkscreen and/or monotype/monoprint. Core is interested in presenting high quality works, from those using traditional techniques to ones that push the boundaries of those techniques. From abstraction, non-objective, representational to experimental - show your best work. Handmade works only, no reproductions. Up to 3 entries must be submitted electronically by Tuesday, January 20, 2026, accompanied by a $35.00 fee.
The juror is Mark Lunning of the Invisible Museum and one of the founders of the Denver, Colorado Month of Printmaking, a Denver based artist well known for his reputation as a master printer, artist and teacher for over 35 years in the Denver and Western region. Show dates are Friday, February 13 to Sunday, March 1, 2026, with notification of acceptance on January 24, 2026. All accepted work must arrive at Core by Saturday, February 7, 2026, by 4:00 pm if hand delivered. The artist reception is Friday, February 13, 2026, 5:00 - 9:00 pm, at the Core Art Space gallery, 6501 West Colfax, in Lakewood.
