About This Call
The Prescott Summer Fine Art & Wine Festival is an outdoor event on the historic Courthouse Plaza in Downtown Prescott, Arizona. The juried exhibition showcases fine art vendors and features artist demonstrations, kids' art, and interactive art activities for all ages. The Mountain Artists Guild, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in 1949, has been hosting fine arts festivals on the Courthouse Plaza since 1953 and is celebrating its 77th anniversary in 2026.
The Guild accepts submissions from fine artists and artisans in the following categories: ceramics, fiber, digital art, drawing and pastel, glass, jewelry, leather, metal, mixed media, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, wood, and other hand-crafted products. Up to 115 fine art vendors may be accepted. All vendors must be juried for acceptance. Booth spaces are 15' X 10' with 2' X 15' storage space along the back. The application fee is $40. Booth fees are $415 for a single booth or $725 for a double booth ($365 and $650 respectively for Guild members). All vendors must have an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax ID and proof of liability insurance with $1,000,000 per incident and $2,000,000 aggregate coverage.
Vendors must display and sell only handmade items that reflect design, creativity, and artistic expression or craftsmanship. The artist must be present at the booth during festival hours. Booth spaces are 15' X 10' with vendors required to provide white tent canopies, tables, and display units. Vendors must use appropriate weights to secure tents (40 lbs per leg recommended) and are not permitted to use tent stakes, ground covers, or mats. RV parking is available at Mile High Middle School by permit. The event runs August 2-3, 2026, with all vendors required to vacate the plaza by 7pm on Sunday. Applications are due August 1, 2026, with booth fee payment due July 18, 2026.
