Precious 2024 - 2nd Annual Juried Exhibition and Publication

Precious 2024 is the 2nd annual exhibition and publication opportunity to share what is precious to you. The call invites all interpretations of what is precious, including: People (family, friends, loved ones, heroes, mentors, celebrities, characters); Moments (in human history or your life that define you and your values); Creatures (wild animals, pets, plants, mythical creatures); Nostalgic objects (artworks, jewelry, gemstones, childhood items); Natural precious (forests, oceans, rivers, soils); Man-made beauties (cityscapes, monuments, buildings); and Dreams and Rituals (beliefs or rituals that guide your life journey).

This opportunity is open to all visual artists working in any 2D and 3D art medium worldwide. Submission is free. Up to 6 artworks can be submitted, with a maximum of 2 artworks accepted. Selected artists will pay a USD 40 selection fee. Artworks must be original, created by the entrant without instructor supervision, and not copies or derivatives of copyrighted work. Artists must have all rights for presenting and publishing artworks internationally. Artwork photos should show only the artwork with no frames or extraneous backgrounds.

Selected artworks will be showcased in the Precious 2024 international online group exhibition from July 17 to September 17, 2024, and published in The Book of Arts: Precious publication. The online version of the book is available for free, while high-quality print versions can be ordered via print-on-demand service. Selected artworks will be promoted for sales via the online exhibition link.
